Terms of Service

These terms govern visits to and bookings with Glowin Beauty Lounge L.L.C. ("Glowin", "we"), Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, trade licence CN-0000000, TRN 100000000000003. By requesting an appointment you accept them.

Bookings

• An appointment request on this site is not yet a booking. We confirm every request personally, usually within the hour during opening times, by WhatsApp or phone.
• Nothing is charged online. Payment is taken at the salon after your service, by card or cash. A deposit may be requested for long bridal or group bookings; we will tell you before confirming.
• Glowin is a ladies-only lounge.

Pricing

• Menu prices are starting points ("from AED"). Your stylist confirms the exact price at consultation, before any service begins; the confirmed price is the one you pay.
• Prices include VAT at the prevailing UAE rate. A tax invoice is provided on request.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• Plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment, by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook the service so the next guest is not kept waiting.
• If we ever need to move your appointment, we will tell you as early as we can and offer the next best times.

Refunds and redos

• If something is not right, tell us within [7 days] and we will make it right, normally with a complimentary adjustment by the same or a senior stylist.
• Deposits are refundable with the notice period above, and always if we cancel.
• Unopened retail products may be exchanged within [14 days] with receipt. Consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 are not affected.

Your safety

• Colour and certain skin services require a patch test at least [48 hours] before a first appointment. We may decline a service where a required patch test has not been done.
• Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medical conditions that could affect a service. The consultation is the moment for it, and everything you share stays private (see our Privacy Policy).
• We may decline or adapt a service where we believe it is unsafe.

Liability

• We carry the insurance appropriate to our licence and carry out every service with professional care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that UAE law does not allow to be limited.
• Please keep valuables with you; we can only accept responsibility for items handed to the team for safekeeping.
• Children may accompany you only by prior arrangement and remain your responsibility throughout the visit.

This website

• Content, artwork, and imagery on glowin.ae belong to Glowin Beauty Lounge L.L.C. or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
• The availability shown in the booking flow is indicative until we confirm personally.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
